Typical software engineer process. First telephone resume screening. and then OA and then Onsite interview. Each step is average difficult. But HR did ask some personal private questions which made me unconfortable.
I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Autodesk (Bengaluru) in May 2023
Interview
First round was coding round in which we were given 3 questions , 2medium and 1hard question related to matrix, tree and dp
Second round was technical round in which they have asked about coding experience and oops
3rd round not selected

Question 1
First round was coding round in which we were given 3 questions , 2medium and 1hard question related to matrix, tree and dp
Second round was technical round in which they have asked about coding experience and oops
3rd round not selected
3 rounds, not that stressful, love the environment. more like to chat. And maybe it would be better to prepare some tech questions, it sould be really helpful. But the tech comes until the second, and third round is more like behavior questions.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Autodesk in Apr 2026
Interview
I first had a call with the recruiter to discuss the role, my background, and my experience. After that, I was invited to Round 1 with the manager.
The interview was mostly behavioral and focused heavily on teamwork, collaboration, and communication-related topics. Toward the end, there were also a few technical questions covering C++, DSA fundamentals, and other stuff related to the role.
Overall, the process felt professional and respectful. The manager was kind, approachable, and treated me with respect throughout the interview.
