Was asked to do 5 interviews in one day. That's 5 hours of interviews straight. I bowed out at that stage because I'm not taking time off for interviews. Also—5 hours with 5 different people? Seemed off. Maybe it's because it's an older org with older processes, but that just didn't align to me in terms of a culture fit.
