Availity Data Scientist interview questions

Have you ever failed an interview even without having the interview? I have. This company scheduled a phone interview, and the interviewer changed the schedule (short notice) after making me wait. And on the day, I waited again but the call never came... I emailed only to get no reply. I tried to be cool and forgot about the happening until I got an email from the company HR saying I failed the interview which I didn't take place! Also, the interviewer is very unresponsive. To HR, please do not comment here "Sorry to hear..." but show it in action by treating candidates properly.
