Processo semplice e chiaro. Colloquio tecnico molto approfondito e con molte domande tecniche che richiedono una discreta preparazione pregressa nelle tecnologie usate dall’azienda. Le aspettative verso questa figura professionale sono molto alte e le responsabilità dell’impiego sono molte (dalle attività tecniche a quelle con il cliente in una sola persona).

The first interview round was great as I was asked mostly scenario questions and things regarding my personal interests and education. The recruiter was nice and gave good feedback with talks about a second-round interview with the hiring manager. Less than 24 hours before the second-round interview it gets cancelled with no explanation provided and I get ghosted when trying to inquire on the reason for this cancellation. This was really disappointing as I expected more from a company of this level, and I actually could see myself working there. I then go to Glassdoor to see if anyone's had a similar experience and low and behold it seems that this ghosting is not an uncommon behavior by this company, unfortunately.
