Quite a lot of steps - possibly 8 rounds over 5 sessions including 3 in person. It was great to meet so many of the team but very time consuming.

Went through HR screening and two departmental interviews. All fabulous, I was told. I completed a writing test, all good. Then nothing for two weeks. Then a form rejection. Yikes. I think they are like a lot of employers these days: very warm and fuzzy, then they just sort of dispose of their rejects as impersonally as possible.
