I applied in-person. I interviewed at Avis Budget Group in Jan 2011
Interview
Long, very interrogating. I am MORE THAN qualified than MOST of their workers as I have a Bachelors and almost done with my Master's degree from a respectable university! I had 3 people sit in and ask me questions like a criminal! I've never been so annoyed in my life! One manager had tattoos showing out of his shirt and another missing teeth! Very unprofessional.

Interview
Filled out online application, took online assessment, and then had a phone interview. The phone interview was fairly simple and asked the same type of questions you get in a face to face interview.
