Since I last interviewed they will call you first to make sure they get a quick intro to you and your experience. Then you will be invited to an in person interview at the HQ. Be energetic and personable!
They were quick to respond to my application then invited me for my first round of interviews. Have basic questions (why do you want to work here, etc.). Then I shared by background

These guys value their culture and make sure they vet you to make sure you fit. They’re all really kind and respond well to positivity. I interviewed in the St. George office which is in an old airport hanger, but they’ll soon have an amazing office down here.

HR screener called and didn't want to move forward, answered all the questions they could for me, but asked to move forward to the next stage to discuss team metrics and they said they would email me. Must not have liked how forward I was.
