Axios Associate Director interview questions

Very lengthy interview process over the course of two months - it often took weeks to hear back from the recruiter and I almost never heard back unless I reached out directly. The process ultimately consisted of a recruiter phone screen, manager interview, take-home assessment, three peer interviews, and finally a director interview, Again two weeks after my final interview I had to reach out for an update - they let me know I was among the final two candidates and should have an answer in the next day or so. Finally had to reach out once again after the indicated timeframe to just find out that they had already gone ahead with the other candidate. Everyone I spoke with was phenomenal, but the lengthy process and lack of communication from the recruitment team made for a frustrating process.
