Interview
First interview was with your Boss for about 30 minutes asking specific marketing questions. Second interview was with HR asking more culture fit questions with some questions related to what you like about marketing and some more high-level questions related to fit.
First round is 30 minute interview and then second round in person with questions about your background and experience and behavioural questions e.g. what motivates you? where do you see yourself in 5 years?
