The interview process was very pleasant. HR is very transparent throughout the whole process and very kind. They move quick and don't drag you along. All employees I interviewed with made me feel comfortable and the interviews felt more like conversations rather than interrogations, this allowed me to see their personalities as well and evaluate if I felt like I could be apart of their team! They had me prep a 10-15 minute presentation in front of some team members which allowed me to experience the work I would be doing. The whole process was seamless and beneficial as it allowed Axis to see if you're a good fit for the role as well as if you could envision yourself as an Axian! They were able to extend me an offer that I could not refuse, between salary, culture and benefits!
