Interview
A few weeks after I submitted the application I got an email for the first interview. The first interview was a recruiter from the company asking basic and found out questions about the resume and desires for working in the industry. I was then asked to move on to the second interview which was with the manager of that department. He asked a lot of probing questions and situational questions on how I would handle certain problems, conversations, and pushback.

Question 1
Second interview had questions about how to deal with police chiefs and other leaders that are negative towards the drone program and don't believe in it. I didn't think about police chiefs not being on board, especially when this position mainly focuses on post sale clients. So that was unexpected.
There were five rounds to the interview. From screening to VP discussions. The entire procedure took close to 20 days, and the overall experience was positive. They are looking for more experienced candidates and team players.
