An initial application yielded a chat with one of Axon’s in house recruiters. This was followed by a technical interview in classic Leetcode style. The problem was not hugely difficult and was focused on the solution approach and attitude although getting to the correct, optimal solution was important. Strong focus on DSA knowledge.
There was a “panel interview round” which consisted of 2 more technical interviews (hosted by two pairs of SWE’s from around Axon) and then a behavioural style interview from one of the senior directors based in the US. A final face-to-face behavioural interview in Axon’s London office concluded this round.
Finally, I chatted with the director of the team I was applying for which concluded the interview process
