I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Axon (Scottsdale, AZ) in Feb 2014
Interview
Initial phone interview then an onsite half day interview process. Overall about 4 hours of interviews. Multiple one on one interviews, then a "stress" test. They ask standard behavioral questions as well as "odd ball" questions.
The company views itself as a "tech start up" so it has that laid back feel. Avoid being overly "intense" or robotic.

Question 1
Estimate the population increase of the US last year.
I applied online. I interviewed at Axon in Jan 2021
Interview
The screening interview was about 20 minutes long. The recruiter asked questions such as background, interests, and behavior questions. It felt like she was rushing to finish the interview right when it started.
Overall a good process. There were a few stages where it took a little longer to hear back. I made it to the final interview where it was a panel with several other interviewers.

Question 1
Know about their core values and stories to go along with them
Weird process because the interviewer seemed more interested in things that do not reflect my ability to do the job or even function within a team. Anyway, it was a nice chat and I realized I would not want to work there anyway.

What did you get in your SATs? Who even asks that anymore? lol
