The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Aya Healthcare (New York, NY)
Interview
Went through four interviews to not be contacted for two weeks following the final interview. Recruiter then ignored emails from me after the final interview. Very frustrating process overall, that needs to be streamlined.
Because we do not have offices in New York (our offices are in San Diego, LA, Sacramento, and Florida,) nor have we ever interviewed anyone in New York, we have to ask if you are sure you have reviewed the correct company?

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Aya Healthcare (Phoenix, AZ) in Jan 2023
Interview
The interview process was simple and efficient. It began with a single phone call with the HR department, where we discussed basic questions about my background, previous work experience, and overall fit for the role. There were no additional interviews or follow-up calls after this initial conversation. Following the HR call, I received an immediate job offer without any further assessment or interview stages, making the entire process quick and hassle-free.
I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Aya Healthcare
Interview
Applied online and received call from recruiter shortly after, maybe 1 or 2 days. Was invited for an in person interview and was able to schedule it for a time convenient to my schedule. First met with the recruiter in person, then met few members of the team. Team members were not fully engaged in questions asked and answers given.

We're sorry to hear you didn't have a positive interview experience. Thank you for taking time to provide your feedback. I shared it with our corporate recruiting team.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Aya Healthcare (San Diego, CA) in Nov 2018
Interview
This was my second time applying for Aya. I assume the first time I applied, I wasn't offered a position because I wasn't due to graduate for a couple months (and I lived over an hour away). I kept seeing ads for Aya online, so I thought I would give it another shot. I applied online and received a call less than three days later. The recruiter remembered me and invited me back for the final round of interviews (because I already went through the 'get to know me' round a few months prior). Unfortunaely, I was not able to drive down to SD right away because I moved to a town over 6 hours away. Because of this, they filled the payroll position I applied for. BUT, they had a couple other positions open if I was interested. After explaining what each position does, I got even more excited, took time off of work, and drove down to SD. The interview was FANTASTIC. I obviously talked about my skills and experience, but the best part was that I was able to bond with one of the interviewers over 'The Office." After my interview, I received a call asking for a couple references. Once they got a hold of my references, my recruiter called me and offered me a position. I accepted right away! Aya has been a dream of mine for a while now. This comes to show that hard work and perserverance really do work!
