I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Aya Healthcare (San Diego, CA) in Mar 2020
Interview
The process involved a personality test and three interviews. Stages were:
1. Recruiting manager Josh reached out to me suggesting that I apply.
2. A short personality test. You check off certain personality-related adjectives to describe yourself, then do the same for what others would use to describe you.
3. Initial phone interview with Josh, held the next business day.
4. Phone interview with the QA Manager the next day.
5. Two back-to-back Zoom interviews two business days later. One was with two current QA engineers, and the other was with the CTO.
6. The day after, Josh called me to ask for references.
7. Job offer the next day.
The interviews were not difficult, and were very conversational. I never felt like they were trying to grill or stress test me. The interview with the two QA engineers was the most in-depth. Throughout the process, Josh was very forthcoming and always got back to me right away if I asked any questions, which I definitely appreciated.
