Interview
3 rounds. 1 with hr and other with head. Firstly they ask you things like where do you see yourself in 3 to 5 years and common clichés questions. Then they test your compliance knowledge. They ask for the salary expectation but do not provide the salary level.

Interview
Classic technical questions regarding pricing and risk management. Interviewer looked not very familiar with options market making. Not very clear in his explanation and difficult to communicate with him. Focus only on crypto and very quantitative i t w. Way more than trading
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at B2C2 (Jersey City, NJ) in Mar 2024
Interview
Awful interview process and very shady throughout. Was contacted 3 months ago for an initial interview with the hiring manager which wasnt too bad. Asked my experience in operational processes. Next was an interview with a UK based associate who was very cool. Another round with a CFO which was harder, asked specific technicals. The waited literally one month to hear back for an in person interview in Jersey city. Waited three more weeks before getting an email that they picked someone at the firm lol.
