BAE Systems Aerospace Engineer interview questions

Pre-recorded interview with 7 to 10 question. Quesstion appears and then you have 30 to 40 seconds to prepare an answer and 2 min to record the answer. Can be done on a smart phone or computer with camera.

The interview process involved an initial application, followed by psychometric assessments (around three assessments), a recorded video interview around ten minutes long and finally an in-person interview with 2 interviewers from the company (pre-COVID). While the interview itself was quite enjoyable, the very long delays in response from the company HR made the overall experience quite negative.
