There were multiple graduate roles to select from. We were required to select roles that interest us before the interview (or they call it assessment day since they were hiring a large batch of graduates). There were approximately 20 attendees for the assessment day. The process consist of a simple technical quiz, and a 2:1 interview. The interview was casual while being professional. I was interviewed by two senior engineer from different department.
