Interview
After online assessments, the interview consists of around 5-7 competency questions based around the BAE systems values of integrity, being bold and innovation, while asking about your interest in the company, previous experience and skills developed, followed by around 3 technical questions based on your role. Normally, the interview should take around 1hr.
