Online test, video interview and face to face 45minute interview. Face to face interview lasted around 45 minutes and was half competency and half technical. The competency was the same as the video interview questions and the technical related to design for manufacturing and lean principles.

There is a three stage process which involves initial Curriculum Vitae screening, then a 1st stage interview if shortlisted, then a Final stage interview. Offer then references and background checks. Official Secrets Act has to signed.
