I applied online. The process took 5 months. I interviewed at BAE Systems (Samlesbury, England) in Jan 2024
Interview
Online application. Game based assessment and video questions. Followed by a screening call and then a 1-2-1 interview with the manager. The process was smooth and the interviewers were nice aswell. They ask about the research you've done on the company and that stands out ad well as the company values.
