Interview
Take a long time to process applications but then communication was quite good. Interview questions were quite difficult but relevant to the role. Interviewers were friendly and put you at ease. I certainly think they could do more to inform you of the format of the interview before hand to help you better prepare.

Very pleasant, online assessment involving recording answers to questions and some mathematical reasoning questions. Had an informal phone call with my respective departments recruiters, it was enjoyable and very stress free. General communication with the departments recruitment team is excellent.

Discuss a time you had to make a difficult decision
STAR based interview.
Interview was conducted via telephone. Both gentleman were very friendly and professional. Very informative conversation about the role, the project and the team.
After the questions a general chat on what I would like in the role.
Few connection issues, but two of us carried on chatting till the other could rejoin.
Very pleasant interview.

Graduate interview. Online. Mixture of mostly behavioural (a time when you worked in a team etc.) , some technical questions, depending on nature of role. Roughly 1 hour long, pleasant experience with good interviewers.
