BAE has a well-structured interview process. Hirevue question was basic behavioural questions, you have time to think about your answer and can attempt your recording three times. Some other game-based assessments.

4 recorded questions followed by 3 psychometric tests, not too complex, the 4 questions were all situation awareness, ideally give examples. Takes abut 45 mins. The 3 tests were pattern recognition, mathematical based and then comparing 2 photos and picking the one that resonates with you most
