Phone call screening, Asked for programming experience and generally was kind. This was for a freshman interview so they did not expect knowledge, just wanted to know ability to learn at the time. Took them a month to get back after the phone interview.

They interviewed and based all of their questions on the star method. They even told you how to respond to follow the STAR method. the entire team was there for the interview so it was somewhat intimidating interviewing in front of 7 people.

describe one time where you and your boss did not see eye to eye. What happened and how was the issue resolved.
Just asked all of the basic interview questions you can think of. Strengths, weaknesses, "give an example of a time when..." Went through my resume and experience and career goals.

Interview
Two rounds of interviews; the first over the phone and the second in the office. They mostly asked me behavioral questions and were interested in my project experience outside of the classroom. I was extended an offer two weeks after the interview.
