I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at BAE Systems USA (Nashua, NH) in Nov 2017
Interview
First talked to them at the company info session at my school. Then got invited to interview onsite (2 interviews) and had lunch with some younger employees. It was a pretty good experience!
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Asked about project experience, things off of my resume. Went over topics such as heat transfer, mechanical vibrations, stress analysis, etc.
There were two interview rounds. The first was a phone call and the next was on-site with all expenses paid for. For both rounds they were mostly asking about my experiences and 'tell me about a time when...' questions. Overall positive experience.

Question 1
Tell me about a time when ...
Asking for more detail about resume points.
I applied online. I interviewed at BAE Systems USA
Interview
I have interviewed with BAE twice for entry-level roles. Just one interview each time, though you will likely talk to a recruiter beforehand over the phone or via email. Interview was normal, asking questions about your experience, some engineering fundamentals questions to test your problem solving skills. However, DO NOT expect a response from them if you do not get the job. They are terrible at providing feedback from interviews and it can be extremely frustrating. Seems like a good place to work otherwise!

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at BAE Systems USA (Wayne, NJ) in Jun 2023

First - Personal interview with your potential new manager, asked questions regarding general job history and background. Then about a week or two later had a panel interview with 3 execs/hiring manager, which entailed more detailed questions regarding previous job, followed by behavioral, and technical questions
