The process started out very good and things were timely but after the first on-site interview (after multiple phone interviews) they cancelled multiple times. After finally interviewing on-site (3 weeks late) there were 4 less people then initially proposed and the interview was very short and not very detail orientated. After all this they offered me a lower level job and then told me that they hired an internal candidate but 2 days later the same job appeared back on the job board.
