Getting this interview was difficult for some very dumb reasons. There is no coordination and a lack of organization in the existing HR department. I was called for an interview after applying. I was given some, but not enough information to be able to make it to an interview. I asked for the address, and I was told it would be e-mailed to me. It wasn't. I called back to ask the address. This was given, but no name or number of the person I'd be interviewing with was given. Give yourself enough time to navigate the underground parking and find the entrance which isn't marked. Finding the elevators was a task in itself. Finally getting inside I waited in a nice lobby for the interview. It wasn't like what I was used to. The woman asked how my current job would make me able to do the job I was applying for. Then she told me the job was actually already taken, but she is interviewing to see what she can get for a potential future opening. She mentioned she had to have the person go to a temp agency in order to work for the BAE position since she technically didn't have the funding. I was interviewing for a non-existent job that required I be a temp. Then she said she still had a few more interviews, one of which was an employee's child. She was nice enough, even if I was disapointed that the interview wasn't a real one. I was told I'd get a call in a week. I didn't get a call so I called my contact. He said he'd ask about her desicion. I still didn't hear back. I called again. He said she went with a temp.
