Project Manager and WAN guy. Interview started out with the PM telling me why I'm not qualified based on my resume. I was weak in one area of a "preferred requirement" but apparently that is the main requirement because that's all he talked about and nothing I mentioned about my experience in all the other required areas mattered. Before I even started I was told that he and the WAN guy were ready to go home so don't drag out your answers. Somehow there must have been miscommunication between the hiring manager and the HR recruiter because my interview with her had me thinking I was a perfect candidate and the one requirement the hiring manager was stuck on was something that would only need to be used later in the project. I'm selecting the Interview Difficulty as Easy because it's not too hard to listen to someone repeatedly tell you how you can't do the job.
