The interview was very leadership competency based with plenty of scenarios. There was also an analytical section to demonstrate your excel abilities. Overall the interview takes place over 2 sections. First with the recruiter then followed by the reporting line.

Interview
Very straightforward. A recruiter proposed the role to me.
Two rounds of interview - first with the Hiring Manager and his peer. Second with the Head of Function. Decision was fairly swift. The recruiter called to make an offer as I was on the way back home from the second interview!
