I applied in-person. I interviewed at BAYADA Home Health Care (Westfield, NJ) in Jan 2019
Interview
The interview process was lengthier than expected, it was about 5 interviews total. Everyone I met was so kind and compassionate. You can tell they really love their job! The salary was lower than expected, but there is room to grow within the company.

Question 1
Tell me about a time you had to use teamwork to problem solve? Tell me your strengths and weaknesses as a team player? Do you have any prior experience in healthcare and if so, what?
I applied online. I interviewed at BAYADA Home Health Care (Philadelphia, PA) in Feb 2021
Interview
I applied online on a Friday, received an email that same day to set up a phone interview. My phone interview was set up for the following Monday. The recruiter was very rude and unprofessional. There was no direction for the interview, she just let me talk in the beginning. When I said I was interested in Case Management she replied “if you are interested in case management this isn’t the role for you. We want someone in this role that wants to do this type of work. So this won’t be a good fit for you”. She should have responded with “case management is a little different than this type of position. With case management you would do XYZ; however with this position you would be doing XYZ. Is this something that you think you would be interested in?”. She seemed to be in a rush & attempting to hit her number requirements. Poor representation of the company.
I applied online. I interviewed at BAYADA Home Health Care (Wilmington, DE) in Oct 2020
Interview
The process had quite a few steps. Though, it was rather fast.
I first had an interview with the recruiter for about an hour. She asked about why I wanted to work with Bayada, my strengths, current job, etc. I then was invited to an in person interview with the Director of the office two days later. Though, after driving to the interview I realized that the commute was too far. I reached back out to the recruiter explaining that the commute was not ideal. She then got me in touch with another Bayada office closer to home, and I interviewed with that Director the following week.
The interview went well. The director was extremely involved in the daily operations. The environment of the office was very peaceful. I later received an email saying that I was invited to interview with the regional director two days later.
I spoke with the regional director for roughly an hour. The interview went well. The same day, I received an email requesting that I shadow the office for four hours. Three days later, I was offered a position.
