I applied to this position online, and was quickly contacted by a recruiter from Bayada. There was an initial phone interview with the recruiter that lasted over ninety minutes. Within a few days I was called for an in person interview which lasted about thirty minutes. The recruiter kept me posted throughout the interview process.

I was asked about my knowledge of the company, the mission, vision and values and many of the usual challenging interview questions that one needs to prepare for in advance. I was asked about my understanding of hospice philosophy.
