After having done research on the interview process using Glassdoor, I was expecting a very lengthy process. The hiring and interview process was relatively a quick one that ran smoothly from start to finish. The process was very well organized and every one let me know, at each step of the way, where I was in the timeline and the timeframe to be expected. Like most of the posts state, do your research. Research the company’s history and become familiar with what the Bayada Way means and stands for. This is not an interview you just want to roll into unprepared. Brush up on typical interview questions you can find anywhere online and make sure you have your resume memorized and ready to be explained. Bayada’s communication was incredible, especially during the holiday season. They made it a point to fit my interviews into their own busy schedules to alleviate having to prolong the interview process more than it should be. I went through four levels of interviews in about a 30-day time frame.

The interview process began with scheduling a phone screening with the recruiter. A date and time were confirmed for the call; however, the recruiter did not call at the scheduled time. The following day, the recruiter stated that they had attempted to reach out but were unable to get in contact.
