Three interviews and I was hired, not a bad interview process. Very friendly office environment as well. First interview was over the phone, next was in person, and the last was a Video Conference interview.

Recruiter does a screening call, then you meet with the office Director, if they like you, then the whole team or a second senior office member meets you for a final interview.

How have you solved conflict in previous work settings?
Pretty quick phone interview with easy questions to answer. The whole thing lasted about 15 mins and interviewer was very nice. They will ask you to think back to previous job experiences ex: how did you over come a conflict at a previous job?
