I applied through other source. I interviewed at BAYADA Home Health Care (Denver, CO) in May 2011
Interview
I walked in without an appointment and was offered a position pretty much on the spot. I should have seen the red flag. Not alot invested in preparing RN staff for what they deal with out in the field. So it wasn't much of an interveiw. I should have seen this coming...as why were they so desparate to hire without really taking the time to get to know me. I think the whole culture in the office I worked out of was flying by the seat of your pants.

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at BAYADA Home Health Care (Lees Summit, MO) in May 2026
Interview
Lengthy. They believe in 3 interviews minimum which I personally think is excessive. Some of them had the same type of questions regarding driving comfortability and how you would handle behaviors or issues with families.

They were bright and bubbly but really did not answer questions fully. They didn’t have a real answer concerning low retention rate. Now that I’ve left i realize how much information was left out
