Interview process seemed unprofessional. The woman who was supposed to interview was not there and it seemed unclear to them who they were going to use to interview me. Place looked like it was being renovated and very unfinished. Moderately disorganized process

The director was super nice. Asked basic questions. Took a little test that was super easy. They reviewed the answers and then got offered the job that same day by HR.

They asked my availability and also provided me with a little quiz testing basic nursing knowledge
The interview took place over the phone. It was very straightforward. The interviewer was very kind, knowledgeable, and professional. If the culture of the job interview is any reflection of the culture of working for the organization, I'm sure it is a lovely place to work.
The interview had a very laid back and calm vibe. Interviewer was open to answer all questions that you have. Interviewer was very knowledgeable about all aspects of the job.
