The interview was easy and laid back. Answered a few simple questions and I had to take a couple of tests regarding nursing care/medications. Met with different office staff (recruiter, director, client services managers). Everyone was friendly and welcoming.

The director was super nice. Asked basic questions. Took a little test that was super easy. They reviewed the answers and then got offered the job that same day by HR.

They asked my availability and also provided me with a little quiz testing basic nursing knowledge
The interview took place over the phone. It was very straightforward. The interviewer was very kind, knowledgeable, and professional. If the culture of the job interview is any reflection of the culture of working for the organization, I'm sure it is a lovely place to work.
