Applied for the position through OCR, on-campus recruiting. I interviewed for the position in February. The interview was 1 on 1, and lasted for approximately 40 minutes. The interviewer asked mostly behavioral-style interview questions, and then asked me if I had any questions or concerns about the position and the interview process. A few weeks after the initial interview, I was invited to take personality assessment, Caliper Profile. I am currently waiting to hear back regarding 2nd round prospects. The recruitment/hiring process is a fairly smooth and streamlined one.

Process took about 2 Months. You first have a phone interview, the 2nd round is in Winston-Salem. You have an essay, behavior interview, presentation on BB&T and a panel during lunch.

Had an on campus interview and was asked to come to HQ for a second interview with a 2 day turn-around. I received an email that said that they were interested in hiring me and setting me up with their direct hiring manager and then I never heard back. Getting any information from them before or after the interview was nearly impossible.

I received an invite to interview on campus for this position via my college email. After working a long shift the same night that I had received the interview invitation, I awoke the next morning and tried to schedule an interview and realized that all the interview slots were full. I was disappointed about this and managed to receive an offer for a phone interview a couple months later.
