I was contacted by HR in order to analyse my previous work experiences, then they explained me how BCG Platinion works. They opened the Italian branch of BCG Platinion in 2015, and they are growing . They explained the role of an IT Consultant and the explained the typical career path within the comapany. Afterwards, they explained that the selection process consists in 5 further interviews, and in each interview it would be discussed a case study with a BCG employee.
After 3-4 days, I was told that my experience didn't fit what the were looking for, with no further explanation.

4 interviews, 4 business cases. On each interview you would need to pass through a stage of presentation, previous experiences, acquired knowledge during both university and previous jobs.
business cases are incredibly different but on the IT side you should expect classical ones like CRM/ERP integrations, Cloud architectures, PMO challenges, etc

1 online round, two in-person rounds of two one-hour interviews each. Each interview included a case part and a personal fit part. The case were typical tech consulting cases (tech DD, ERP transformation, cloud migration,..)
