The interview was conducted in two rounds - each round with 2 1h interviews. The interviewers were senior members of the staff. We discussed the company itself, went over my profile and experience and finally did a case interview

The interview itself was largely based on a case-based interview which I had to solve. The interviewers each gave me a technology-oriented case, and we solved it together on a whiteboard in the room
4 case interviews, relatively free format as they were given by more senior interviewers (principals/directors).
case preparation recommended with strong focus on digital cases (transformation, vendor selection, architecture) but might depend on position

Second round with Directors

2 Rounds of 2 Case studies with 4 persons overall. 3 Managers, 1 Director.
First round remote, second round in the office.
Case studies seemed to be former projects of the interviewers.
