Interview
Found the job posting on the company website and applied online. Initial phone interview was with the hiring manager for 30 minutes, who then invited me the following week for an in-person interview in two weeks' time at my college campus, since I was unable to travel on site. The interview consisted mostly of situational questions to draw examples from past experiences. Following the interview, I was offered the internship position a month later.
