Honestly by far the worst interview experience I’ve had so thus far.
Had 2 interviews over the course of 2 days since they really liked my profile. The interview went well except the fact that they stressed that the culture was going to be ‘fast paced’ and they are not ‘patient’ people when it comes to delivering results.
Nevertheless they made me an initial offer of X amount. And when I asked for time to consider the offer before accepting, they cut amount by 30% unless I show them all prior pay stamps, job contracts verifying my pay since graduating. And when I tried to reach out to hiring manager, she let me know through a recruiter that they a recent company Shopee had just laid off people, she would much rather look there for potential hires and get a good deal
Worst experience ever with company. Their culture is horrible and they are upfront about it in interviews which is very surprising for an MNC. Especially their global technology division. I would honestly advice against joining them. They have a hustle culture without appropriate rewards you find at high impact firms. They also were upfront that contract employees would rarely get permanent conversion (I didn’t care cuz I was in it for the money anyway)
Oh they also were looking to hire a data scientist under the title of Business analyst so that they could underpay them :)

I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at BD (Baltimore, MD)
Interview
3 interviews within a 30day window. First was a phone screen, next was a one on a one with a staffing company interviewer. Then there was an interview at the client site. I was notified shortly after the last interview about being hired and when to start work.
