I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at BD in Apr 2010
Interview
Learned about the opportunity through a recruiter. After initial interview with the recruiter, my resume was forwarded to the company HR manager. I had round of phone interviews with a HR manager and three senior level managers. Later I was invited to the Head Quarters for an on-site interview. It consisted of eight 1-on-1 interviews from 9 AM - 4 PM. The company has a good work culture. People seem to have decent work-life balance.

Interview
Recruiter proactively reached out to me to see if I was interested in a similar role at the company. We connected via email and then for a call and they asked me to apply for the role. They had been in process of connecting with the hiring manager for next steps, and it's now been two months and they've completely ghosted. Leaves a bad impression that they were originally pursuing me as a candidate, and yet can't be bothered to even respond or confirm that they will not be moving forward with my candidacy. This has been a poor candidate experience and I not be inclined to work with this company in the future.
