I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at BD (Los Angeles, CA) in Sep 2021
Interview
I was contacted by a recruiting firm via LinkedIn. After missing the initial email, I eventually connected with the recruiter, who conducted a screening call with me. From there, a different recruiter was my point of contact who put me in touch with the Regional Manager. We scheduled a phone interview a week later. After that, an in-person interview was scheduled with the Regional Manager 8 days later. I received the final notice later that day that I wouldn't proceed in the process. From what I was told, the next step would have been a virtual interview with another Regional Manager, then a final virtual interview with one of the VP's. Prior to each of the interviews with the Regional Manager, I had scheduled calls with the second recruiter for call prep. She was very helpful and encouraging, and absolutely set her self apart from any other recruiter I've worked with. Overall, it was a great experience with a professionally-run company.
