Interview
Talent Acquisition reached out to me after applying and set up an introductory interview on Microsoft Teams. After talking to TA, I was asked to interview with the hiring manager, also on Teams. The interview went well and the hiring manager hinted that I would be an excellent fit for the position. I was told I would be contacted either way the following Monday.
It's been 2.5 months and they have never reached back out. I would have hoped that a respected company such as BD would be above ghosting candidates.

They questioned me on my past work, experience, and why I was interested in this role.
They do not care about you. You will be scheduled for an interview and they won't call. Worst experience of my life. I followed up with HR then they disqualified me for every other position

Interview
Recruiter reached out to me end of November regarding this position. One week later I talked to the hiring manager. Two weeks later virtual interviews, where two of the interviewers canceled last minute. Followed up with HR a week later after final interview for the status of the interview process...no response. Two weeks later another interview was scheduled with management. Followed up with HR a week after about the interview process...no response.
This overall interview process took 2 months! In the end, no rejection email from HR. I only found out I did get the job because I checked online at the BD job portal.
If you are going to take up hours of an candidates time over a span of 2 months, you could at least send an automated rejection rather than ghosting the candidate. Leaves a very bad impression of the company and will make me not want to apply here in the future.
