BD Territory Manager - Vascular interview questions

Had the first screening call w/ BD Recruiter, he did most of the talking, yet sounded very positive and said he recommends candidates to the hiring mgr for an interview w/ them & he doesn't see why I wouldn't hear back for the next interview. He suggested I treat this as 'THE job, not A job' - act like I really want it when I interview w/ hiring mgr; suggest I connect w/ other BD employees in same roles. Which I did several. Never heard back from this recruiter, hiring mgr or anyone! I even emailed this recruiter, lvm and messaged him via LI and messaged the hiring mgr via LI. Nothin'. Crickets. So weird. Guess I don't need to work for a company (too large anyway??) who ghosts plausible candidates. Not sure if I should categorize this 'Interview Difficulty' as very easy or actually very difficult, LOL!?
