BD Technical Specialist interview questions

One phone interview that lasted about 10 mins with a recruiter. Two separate video interviews with different panels. About an hour each Was told feedback was positive and I would hear back either way. Never heard back and had to reach out to recruiter. Was told I was not selected due to inexperience in something that was never mentioned anywhere in the job description. Fit every other requirement perfectly.
