CV Screening first and no online assessment. An easy face-to-face interview with one HR, which last for less than an hour. It includs several questions testing your language ability and broad behaviour questions. No technical questions.
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at BDO (Perth, Western Australia) in May 2026
Interview
Online Hirevue and then in 1-1 case style interview.
Interview involved structuring thoughts and creating corresponding excel spreadsheet and PowerPoint slide. Interview was relatively unstructured and flowed with my approach + guidance from the interviewer.
Online hirevue video recording, then you go in for in-person assessment centre where you sit at a table with 5 other applicants and go through a scenario, from there it is a one-on-one interview.
Das Vorstellungsgespräch verlief insgesamt okay. Ich konnte die Fragen beantworten, jedoch wurden teilweise unnötige Fragen gestellt und die Atmosphäre war nicht besonders angenehm. Dadurch wirkte das Gespräch nicht so angenehm.
