Interview
The application was made through Internet which then being filtered and selection process started.
The interview then took place with 2 of the senior management/partners with the invite came through email and phone. They started the questions with "Tell me about yourself", "Why do you want be an auditor", "Would you be willing to work long hours as required?", then it ended.
From my experience, BDO's recruitment process moves quite quickly. HR often contacts shortlisted candidates on short notice. For instance, test results may be released on the 2nd, while the HR screening interview is scheduled on the 4th. This means candidates need to be prepared and flexible, as there is usually little time to prepare between stages.

Question 1
The interviewer first asked me to introduce myself in English. After that, they asked why I wanted to become an auditor and what interested me about the auditing profession.
The interviewers are helpful and fun, and very responsive. It is a group interview and 3 people in a room with 4 interviewers, it started with an online assessment 6 questions, include logical thinking, and few problem solving questions and after that interview session started.
