I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at BDO (Kuala Lumpur) in Apr 2011
Interview
I was shortlisted even before graduating. Interview was relaxed and conducted in a group. Questions were no technical as we were not graduates at the time the interview was conducted. Interviewers were the audit partners, who were pretty friendly. The interviewer spent less than 15 minutes on each interviewee. It was more of a discussion/ sharing meeting rather than a formal interview. Almost all of us got the offer by BDO.

Question 1
How do you see yourself in 5-10 years' time, as well as why should i be hired.
From my experience, BDO's recruitment process moves quite quickly. HR often contacts shortlisted candidates on short notice. For instance, test results may be released on the 2nd, while the HR screening interview is scheduled on the 4th. This means candidates need to be prepared and flexible, as there is usually little time to prepare between stages.

Question 1
The interviewer first asked me to introduce myself in English. After that, they asked why I wanted to become an auditor and what interested me about the auditing profession.
The interviewers are helpful and fun, and very responsive. It is a group interview and 3 people in a room with 4 interviewers, it started with an online assessment 6 questions, include logical thinking, and few problem solving questions and after that interview session started.
