Unnecessarily long, several rounds spanning weeks, the questions are a mix of technical as well as related to previous experience and background. However, the personal questions are intrusive and sometimes not related to the job. The decision making hierarchy is unclear, interview rounds are scheduled sporadically.

They gave a take-home assessment with a turn-around time of 48 hours and then asked questions on how I solved the case studies. It was interactive though, with an opportunity to learn about their processes as well.

2nd round - Phone Screening with Partner
3rd round - Online Teams Meeting with manager and director
4th round - In-person meeting with partner and manager
Despites going through all these rounds didn't get feedback or a response from BDO on the result. Extremely disappointing for a consulting firm that works with major businesses.
